little info found about this suite, but notably:
the entire Tableau III from the ballet is excluded, and what would be Tableau IV of the ballet is "Scene 3" in this suite. the conclusion of Tableau IV ("Petrushka's Death") is also excluded; instead, the penultimate section titled "The Masqueraders" wraps up the suite.
