Stokowski's orchestration doesn't exactly match any of the Bach settings of this chorale I could find, although it does have one feature from the setting I remember from my church-going youth. (The key difference is the chord that ends the line "mit Ernst er's jetzt meint/doth seek to work us woe" is a vi in Stokowski's version, and Bach's settings used I.)
