"French series compiled by Uncle O (Olivier Carrié) that initially featured tracks that had been sampled by Wu-Tang Clan and other hip hop artists.
Episode 1 was released in 1998 by Delabel. Episode 2 followed in 2002 on Hostile Records and Episode 3 on Parlophone in 2014. The series was revived by Because Music with Episode 4 in 2018 and a tribute to Motown in 2019. In September 2018, to mark the series' 20th anniversary, Because Music reissued the first three volumes." (description from discogs)
