Annotation
The cardboard sleeve has a black velvet finish with gold specks. The specks’ visibility depends on the viewing angle, but the scanner has captured most if not all of them, so the effect is a little exaggerated.
“Shabazz Palaces” is embossed in black on the CD, surrounded by red brush strokes (only a few of the letters are visible on the photo though). The text “©℗ 2011 Sub Pop Records. Sub Pop is a registered trademark of Sub Pop Records. 2013 Fourth Ave, 3rd Floor, Seattle, WA 98121. www.subpop.com, www.shabazzpalaces.com” is engraved along the edge of the top half of the CD.
