The only thing I could find about this is an entry, giving this title, in a spanish university library catalog, which might proove a release by that name exist.
Please note that I don't have any confirmation about the content of it and cannot confirm this match ours (assuming it exists...).

The content given here is almost exactly A Live at the Pershing & the Spotlight Club (minus two tracks), which is by itself a compilation of two different live recordings.
By all means this is a bootleg, and my last opinion about this is it is home confection - or very very obscure nearly home confection, although this library catalog prevents me from putting a deletion on it.
