Longing for the Past: The 78 RPM Era in Southeast Asia

A number of discrepancies in track names can be found between the back of the case and book included with the set. Where these discrepancies exist, the track listing follows the book since it contains considerably more detail about these tracks and therefore is presumably more accurate, but for the sake of completeness, the inconsistencies are also listed here:

Disc 1, Track 8: While labeled Nam Nhị-Tự on both the back and in the book, the book notes that this may be misprinted on the original record and should probably read "Nam Nhi Tự"
Disc 1, Track 10: The back reads "Khổng Minh, Mẫu Tầm Tử"

The artist of Disc 2, Track 10 is listed as "Ensemble of Mr. Soi Sang Wan" even though the liner notes suggest that this should be "Ms. Soi Sang Wan". As the liner notes have opted to go with "Mr." because that is the misprint present on the original record, this has been replicated here (although the base artist name is corrected). For similar reasons, "Mme. Ba Thinh" on Disc 2, Track 2 has not been corrected to "Cô Ba Thịnh" and "Van Thanh Ban" of Disc 1, Track 10, have been similarly uncorrected.

While the "Văn Hí Ban Troupe" of Disc 1, Track 3 and the "bản hát Văn Hí Ban" of Disc 1, Track 12 have been linked to the same artist (due to circumstantial evidence that they both refer to the same circus/performing troupe in Saigon thanks to the implication that Văn Hí Ban was a real individual), the "Yot Silapin Ensemble" of Disc 2, Tracks 21 and 22 "Yawt Silapin Troupe" of Disc 3, Track 6 have not been similarly unified, due to a lack of such evidence (the names "Yot" and "Yawt" may be legitimately distinct).
