Recorded May 1, 1958 at the Hoche studio (tracks 1-4), December 1958 (tracks 5-22) and April 19, 1961 at the Hoche studio (tracks 23-24) in Paris.
Reissue of the Barclay EP 74 024 (tracks 1-4) and the Fontana 10" LP 660 224 (tracks 5-22) and partial reissue of the Barclay EP 72 471 (tracks 23-24).
Original soundtrack of "Les Tricheurs" directed by Marcel Carné (tracks 1-4), "Des femmes disparaissent" directed by Édouard Molinaro (tracks 5-22) and "La Bride sur le cou" directed by Roger Vadim (tracks 23-24).
