Annotation
The rear of the sleeve indicates this to have been recorded at the Starwood in L.A. on April 25 1978. The LP label lists the title as "Dagwood's Wife". It's highly likely to have appeared under either or both of these names in vinyl and other formats. The title used for this release is the one that appeared on the front cover of the 1978 vinyl copy (That's the year I got hold of my copy).
