This Maxi-single release was done to help raise money to benefit former Iron Maiden drummer Clive Burr, who has Multiple Sclerosis. Iron Maiden has also established a trust fund for Clive Burr.

The CD features a live video of Run to the Hills, from the Rock in Rio DvD.
