In 1999 Bruce camp vetoed the commercial release of a second wave Japanese miniature LP paper sleeve CD reissues from BORN IN THE U.S.A. (SONY SRCS 8984) to THE GHOST OF TOM JOAD (SONY SRCS 9474), right before the scheduled date in September 1999. As a result, that second batch was on sale in Japan a few hours in a very few stores before they were withdrawn. Promo copies were already send it and they were not retired.

Includes 34 pages booklet with lyrics in both english and japanesse an extra information, mostly in japanese.
