After some discussion, I changed the album title (and track #2) back to "Sängerkrieg".

This is the official statement from the label upon my request:

»Die offizielle Schreibweise des Albums ist Sängerkrieg oder SÄNGERKRIEG (muss nicht zwingend in Versalien sein). Das »Æ« ist nur Gestaltungselement.«

Translated meaning: »The official writing of the album is ›Sängerkrieg‹ or ›SÄNGERKRIEG‹ (need not be in all caps). The ›Æ‹ is only for artistic purposes.«
