This disc reflects the tracklist for copies with a pressing error. The bonus tracks here are not the Kill as One demo, but instead were intended to be placed on the Frolic Through the Park disc.


This version is a pressing error. The bonus tracks that were supposed to appear on this disc ended up on the first disc (The Ultra-Violence), and were replaced by three tracks from the Rarities disc.
