Full disambiguation of this release:

This issue has distribution / price codes "CB 701" and "CDM" on the back. The wavy gray stripe and barcode are on the right side of the back cover. The new Epic logo (three discs intersected by a line, "epic" underneath) is centered in the bottom of the back cover in red colour. The spine shows "465145 2", (not "EPC 465145 2"). EPC 465145 2 is printed in the top right corner of the back artwork.

The disc has the typical light blue Epic markings with the newer logo (as described above). The disc states "Made in Austria". (These discs were manufactured by DADC Austria). There are no SID codes in the matrix area.
