Annotation

It seems like this was released first on 2 CDs by Deja Vu in the UK, 2000, with the name English Folk Anthology and this cover. Then in the US in 2001, with this cover and the title Anthology of English Folk. To confuse matters more, in 2006 Deja Vu released a 5 disc box set titled Anthology of English Folk, with the same cover painting as on the 2 CD US(?) release, except with some different text stating it's a 5 CD deluxe release. But I'm not sure... (disc 2 here)
