Recorded October 8, 1956 at the Comédie des Champs-Élysées (tracks 1-3) and January 31, 1959 at the Olympia (tracks 4-8) in Paris.
Reissue of the Véga 10" LP 25 758 (tracks 1-3) and the Decca LP 153 931 "Un concert à Minuit avec Cootie Williams" (tracks 4-8).
