Ellington '56

~ Release by Duke Ellington and His Orchestra (see all versions of this release, 2 available)

Annotation

Not sure why this is labelled as a bootleg. These recordings were made in 2/7/56 in Chicago for Bethlehem and re-released by Affinity/Charly as mono recordings in 90's at least twice. See liner notes in CD Art. The Discogs link lists it as a compilation and that is also certainly incorrect.
