Text from inside front cover:
This album presents my very favorite unreleased tracks recorded during the past 15 years I've lived in Los Angeles, including some beautiful collaborations with many of the talented musicians I've had the good fortune to connect with over that time. A few have previously appeared on compilations, "best of" collections, or unofficial limited run releases, but most have sat silently in drawers full of cassettes and CDRs for years waiting to be heard.
These songs and recordings tell the tale of my life in music and of my life as a person. They speak of the joy and the pain, the struggles and successes, and the dreams and disappointments of a path that was often uncertain but always very special and full of love.
To live as an artist and travel the world sharing my art is a true privilege, and one I owe to the many people who have supported me in various ways from where I began to where I'm going. Every journey is taken both alone and in the company of others, and I am very thankful to all who have shared themselves and their lives with me, and who have shared in mine.
My friends, I hope you will enjoy.

Thanks:
To all the fine musicians and good friends who contributed to what has now become Chris Murray & Friends. I have been blessed to make music with you all.
And to the Bluebeat Lounge family, everyone at the Knitting Factory, Katie Hurley, Loren Israel, John Pantle, Jon Rosner at Bicycle Music, Robin Strauss, and Vanessa Iroz.
