Tracks number 3 (Where is the Line) was replaced with outtake (also known as "Medùlla") or an early concept for a song featured in the "The Inner or Deep Part of an Animal or Plant Structure" making of "Medùlla" documentary.

Track number 14 (Triumph of a Heart) was replaced with unreleased Matmos remix that is known under names "Triumph of a Heart (Matmos remix)", "Triumph of a Heart (Do Do Matmos mix)" and "Pain of a Heart"

Track number 7 (Submarine) was replaced with the song 町 (Machi) by female Japanese singer ACO.
