Controversial Russian duo, t.A.T.u, return with a far more rounded follow up to 2003's 200 KPH In The Fast Lane. The media circus that engulfed them first time around may not be exploding into life at the moment, but it may not be far away. Tatu seem to have more depth than perhaps first perceived. "Cosmos (Outer Space)", is a light riff-driven affair that is embellished with signature dual vocals, akin to early A-Ha.

The title track, "Dangerous and Moving (Intro)", is a short instrumental homage to all things poptronic; early 90s house meets Paradise Lost. So cut out "Gomenasai", the album's low point, and t.A.T.u have stumbled onto something rare for a girl band; an album that indicates a possibly interesting direction in the future; best illustrated by "Craving (I only want what I don't Have)". For anyone who thinks t.A.T.u are more media-savvy than musical, I'd say Dangerous and Movingchallenges that theory.
