Hot`n'Nasty belongs to the first league of the German blues and rock scene and has been awarded the German Rock and Pop Award ( Best Rhythm & Blues Album 2009 , Best Rhythm & Blues Band 2009 ). Boost was recorded, mixed and mastered in the megaphone studios of Martin Meinschäfer (ao producer and recording engineer for Henrik Freischlader, Tommy Schneller). The result is a rousing and varied work in the genre blues-rock, but not in the classic sense. Because among the 14 tracks are also songs with Southern Rock influences, ballads, acoustic tracks and even a country number. All songs have in common that they have high recognition value and are catchy character. So is Boost just like the predecessor again a hot tip for the record cabinet. Hot'n'Nasty was supported in the studio by harp virtuoso Chris Kramer (Peter Maffay, among others) and keyboarder Tobias Cosler (among others, DSDS winner).
