This was the registered trading name for Fastforward Music.
Some company history as revealed by UK Companies House:
- The company was established 26th July 1990 as Fastforward Music Promotions Ltd., and was based in Ipswich (although their accoutants were based in Aldershot).
- In 1991 the company worked with W H Smith and MCA to produce 12 compilations to be sold under W H Smith's Excel label.
- A release, Summer Moods, from 1993 states the address being 27 Maiden Lane, Covent Garden, London WC2E 7JS
- On 25th August 1993 a publishing arm was developed, Fastforward Music Publishing Limited
- The companies registered name changed to just Fastforward Music Limited on the 25th September 1998, and was still based in Ipswich
- The companies registered address changed from Ipswich to a Norwich location in 2011, which appears to be the address of insolvency firm McTear Williams & Wood Limited. It could be argued that the label ceased to exist by this point. The insolvency documents confirm that Fastforward Music's main assets were a stock of CDs and DVDs, which were sold off as part of liquidation.
- The publishing company entity is dissolved 19th June 2012.
- The company was finally dissolved on 18th September 2012.
