on its own website (and so too wikipedia), Nettwerk describes itself thus: "Nettwerk Music Group is the umbrella company for Nettwerk Records, Nettwerk Management, Nettwerk Producer Management and Nettwerk One Publishing."—whereas discogs instead presents Nettwerk as the parent of the umbrella company Nettwerk Music Group. it's much more likely they are one and the same, but Nettwerk should be used to represent the imprint (for release label use) between the two, and Nettwerk Music Group to be regarded as its formal name as a business entity.
