A German company that later launched a UK subsidiary (from the buy out of Target Records), and a US subsidiary (first known as Delta Music then renamed to Delta Entertainment).
Lately, a holding company has spun-off it with the purpose to control these three labels plus a number of other subsidiaries.

Is mostly doing reissues, but provides licensing and distribution as well.

Was initially founded in partnership with a pressing plant, "Atlas Tonträgerfabrikation".
Started producing CDs in 1987.

UK branch had address listed as Orpington, Kent in 1998.
