Incorporated 28 Jul 1966 and operated as "Music Sales Ltd" until being renamed to "Music Sales Group Ltd" 02 Jan 1986. Subsequently on the same date "Music Sales Limited" was re-established as a new entity and subsidiary holding for "Music Sales Group Ltd".
