Fast Breeder & The Radio Actors

A one-off protest song sung by a combination of Sting and members of Gong and Hawkwind. Written by Harry Williamson to raise money for the 1978 antinuclear campaign. Band originally released a 7" single in 1978 under the name of Fast Breeder & The Radio Actors

This was a one-off release. Not a band, just a collection of artists and a protest song about Nuclear Waste.

In 1995 the single was re-released on CD with two extra tracks and a remix as now it is famous for being one of Sting's earliest recordings.

The 1995 front cover showed "Sting, Steve Hillage, Nik Turner, Steve Broughton, Mike Howlett, Liz Van Dort, Dombek, Javier Fredes, Harry Williamson", but the spine credited Sting and the Radioactors

A later re-issue then dropped the Dombek name from the front cover.
