Insanity Wave begun its musical walking more than 10 years ago! Since then until the present time the group has been able to consolidate a most personal style and way to understand music.
In 1992 the group recorded his first demo that allowed them to sign for the Frabrica magnetica record company and to publish its first Ep “Insanity Wave” in 1993 and the album "Go Off" in 1995. After a good pile of concerts the group traveled to Chicago to record in the studies Short Order Recorder with the producer Jeff Murphy its second LP "Do The Worm" release in 1997 by Roto Records.
In 1999 a double compilation was published titled "33 * 3" that gathered all their previous album´s and several unpublished subjects. Since then, Insanity Wave has not stopped playing gigs, well through their participation in the compilation "Generation Next Vol. 1" (1998), in the music of the film B.S.O "La mujer mas fea del mundo" (1999), in the music of the short-film winner of the Goya award "Siete cafes", and the doubtless international projection of the group thanks to the launching of their first album in Brazil (Paradise Record, 1996), of "Do the Worm" in the USA through the record company SpinArt in 1998. His third and to date last work, takes by title "The Minor League" and has been produced by Mitch Easter (Rem, Pavement, etc...) in its studies The Fidelitorium in Kernersville, Carolina of the North, and shows all the virtues of the group in a disc that can be considered like the definitive one. The group taked part in the edition of the international Benicassim festival, and in the music of the film of the spanish director Pascal Jongen in the movie "menos es mas". On the film "Besos para todos" of director Jaime Chávarri in where Insanity Wave did the role for the first time of actors in front of a camera making as well the music for the film.
