Sabbat (England Thrash Band)

~ Group

Annotation

Sabbat where active from 1985, through the eighties, and in-spite of the loss of Martin Walkyier and Simon Jones stayed together until 1991, finally splitting after the release of their third album Mourning has broken. Martin Walkyier planned to reform the band in 2001 but without support of former members Andy Sneap and Simon Negus was unable to use the name Sabbat, instead performed in 2001 - 2003 as Return to the Sabbat. The band officially reformed with Andy and Simon in 2006 to support Cradle of Filth on a UK tour and are still performing live in Europe today
