Thierry Kauffmann

Thierry Kauffmann is a composer and pianist. He studied classical piano and harmony at the conservatory and started improvising at age 16. He moved to the US to get a graduate degree in science, while pursuing his musical explorations. He wrote songs with singer songwriter Sharon Kenny and started composing for saxophone. He also played piano extensively for church, in coffeehouses, art exhibits, modern dance classes and competitions. In 2009, he met Nashville producer Judy Whiting, who recorded his debut album, entitled Summmertime. He is working on his next album. Following the death of his producer, Thierry Kauffmann started writing a memoir of his working with Judy Whiting. He is looking for an agent and or publisher. He lives in the south of France with his family.
