The Fall From Grace was nominated as the best newcomer at the DMeA (Danish Metal Awards) in 2005 for their former release Fait Accompli. The band toured in support of the album in Denmark as well as performing at Stubnitz. The ship docks in several European Capitals presenting new artists to a large audience. The release also generated some buzz in the Danish press for alternative music as well as getting a substantial amount of downloads and plays at MySpace, GarageBand and the Danish equivalent Bandbase. The Latter also featured The Fall From Grace as Band of the Week and critically acclaimed the Fait Accompli release. This release remains one of the most downloaded albums within the genre. Fait Accompli was accompanied with a music video for the song She Tastes Like Water From The Moon (in a shorter version than on the album).

In 2006 the fall from grace began to work on their new album. After some line-up changes The Fall From Grace surfaced anew with a fresh perspective on the song writing. Things fell into place and the planning of a new album began. The band scheduled time in late 2008 to begin recording a collection of songs which would come to be known as The Largo Sessions.

The album was released on 2 March 2009 and includes 4 completely new songs along with a bonus track (previously released track The Letter was remixed for the album. The Album will become available on iTunes among other digital music retailers within a short period of time.
