The Unkindness Of Ravens are Nina Wagner and Ben Raine, an electro rock two piece from North London. A hybrid of bass guitar bleeding through a maze of pedals with haunting female vocals, wrapped with the continuous pulse of a stripped down vintage drum machine. Live they are accompanied by wireframe visuals and strobes locked into the lo-fi beats, enhancing the futuristic atmosphere. The Unkindness Of Ravens give you songs of lust and longing in a blistering new format, a sense of wonder at their emotional core. They have been together since Sept 08 and release their debut, self-produced double A-side single ‘Accelerator’ / ‘Yours Forever But Not To Hold’ on Sonic Fire Records in October 09.
