Ancient Future (electronica artist unauthorized to use name)

The trade name Ancient Future is owned by Matthew Montfort and is reserved for his world music group Ancient Future. This artist was not authorized to use the trade name for the Wobbly VIP track. After a letter was sent to the record label and to digital distributors, the use of the name was dropped and iTunes removed the offending artist name.
