Louie's preference is for normal, language-appropriate capitalization to be used in most cases. From email correspondence on 2023-03-30:

I think that I'd actually prefer normal capitalization rules for 99% of my music, with the exceptions being like those you pointed out (BOSS RUSH, and its associated track titles, or DODONGO - I guess anything with all caps is probably how I intended it).
