The real name of the album is only "Spooking Doors", but at the time of publishing it the company did so under the name "Spooking Doors 2".

On the cover are the characters Elena (Redhead girl) who is scared and Coni (the girl) who is amazed, looking at the viewer; They are both standing in front of a door with a face in bright white squares, behind it and surrounding clouds of green steam cover the lower half of the same cover. And in front of these a ghostly image of who appears to be Youkaifox.
