Annotation
hard to find anything about this. initially entered it as dinh tăktàr
have found names Đinh Tăk Tar, Đinh Takta, đing tak ta, đing buốt klé, Đing Buốt
according to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rade_people#Music it's "đing tak ta (or đing buốt klé)"
and this brings to https://www.vienamnhac.vn/vietnamese-music-space/museum/musical-instruments/%C4%91ing-buot---airophone
vietnamese page for the people there https://vi.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ng%C6%B0%E1%BB%9Di_%C3%8A%C4%91%C3%AA#V%C4%83n_h%C3%B3a has the link as "Đĭng atŭt|Đĭng Buôt" which suggests "Đĭng atŭt" as an alias too. however not found anything after a cursory search.
