Track Artist

Description

A TrackArtist is the Artist that appears in the "artist" field of a Track. There can only be one track artist for each track. The track artist is the PrimaryArtist for the track.

Additional informations

Other artists associated with a track can be added using AdvancedRelationships (see SecondaryArtists for more details).

In most cases, the TrackArtist is the main attributed performer for that track. Note that classical music, and to some extent soundtracks, doesn't work that way and use the composer instead.
