MusicBrainz Tagger Improvements

Most of these ideas will be implemented in the next generation MusicBrainzTagger: the PicardTagger.

Server side VA stuff:

• The VA release search is not nearly as nice and fuzzy as the non va release matches.

MB Tagger Improvements:

• Recursive watch folder

• RememberMismatches — The MusicBrainzTagger should have the option to remember that a file has been mismatched and not look it up next time.

• BetterReleaseRecognition
