Picard Release Checklist

1. Update translations:

   1. Download translations from Rosetta and upload them to the Subversion repository

   2. Update the .po files (po/update.py) and import them back to Rosetta

   3. Add new languages to picard/ui/options/language.py

2. Add the release tag in Subversion

3. Upload the tarball to helixcommunity.org (or ftp.musicbrainz.org?)

4. Update http://freshmeat.net/projects/picard/

5. Update http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MusicBrainz_Picard

6. Update PicardDownload
