Fiction (London indie pop band)

Fiction are a four-piece band from London. They formed in early 2009 but have played together in various bands before.

Consisting of Mike Barrett (vocals, keyboards, drums), James Howard (vocals, guitars, drums), David Miller (vocals, bass), Jacob Smedegaard (Drums) and Nick Barrett (guitars), their music has been described as 'perfect, anarchic pop'.

The band played their first gig together in May 2009. They have since played at Offset Festival in Essex, the Huw Stephens-curated Sŵn Festival in Cardiff and recorded live sessions for BBC 6 Music and Diesel Radio.
