Annotation

At some point between 1995 and 1999, the band changed name to Croc Shop. Since some of their covers only have the CS logo, and I don't have all of them, it's hard to say exactly when it happened. The band website consistently uses Croc Shop even for Crocodile Shop releases, and their label (Metropolis) uses both. If you have a more precise date, please add it.

TODO: Change the 'performs as' AR to a 'changed name to' one, when/if we get one.
