Attempted assassination

On Sunday March 22, 2015, as the band had leaved the place in which he had played and driving to the hotel in which they had booked rooms, they were shot by organized criminals.
The driver Ivan Almaral Velarde, a first cousin of the artist, that was 27 years old, and Alonso Antonio Lizarraga Hermosillo, that was 24 years old and borni in Ciudad Obregon were killed. Javier Rosas was wounded by 20 bullets, while his brother Carlos Rosas Almaral succeeded escaping to the killers.
The authors of the attack confessed when they were caught that they have been mandated by a criminal organization which wanted to stop him singing narcocorridos they sought had been payed by a concurrent criminal group. The legend of the artist pretend that he might have been involved in a love affair with a fiancée of a key executive of a well known criminal organization.
