Animotion is a 1980s American New Wave/synthpop band from Los Angeles, California best known for their songs "Obsession" (written and performed originally by Holly Knight and Michael Des Barres), "Let Him Go", "I Engineer" (written by Holly Knight, Bernie Taupin and Mike Chapman), and "Room to Move" (written and originally performed by Climie Fisher).
