Kow Otani has composed the music for such anime titles as Haibane Renmei, Outlaw Star, Gundam Wing, The SoulTaker, You're Under Arrest! as well as Gamera and other Japanese films.
On the US releases of his soundtracks he is credited as "Kow Otani", or more recently, as "Kô Ôtani"
